Cancellation Policy

At Paw Royalty, we understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation policy below so you know what to expect when placing an order with us.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has entered fulfillment or has shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at custserv@pawroyalty.com with your order number. We process orders quickly, and we cannot guarantee cancellation once fulfillment has begun.

Cancellations Before Shipment

  • If your order is successfully canceled before shipment, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Orders That Have Shipped

  • Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.
  • Because our products are consumable pet supplements, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used items for safety and quality reasons.

Subscription Orders (If Applicable)

  • Subscription orders must be canceled before the next billing or fulfillment date to avoid being charged.
  • Once a subscription order has processed, it is subject to the same cancellation rules outlined above.
