Each product page includes detailed information about ingredients, suggested use, and the specific wellness area supported.
For Dogs
Our soft chews are 3 grams each.
General daily guidelines:
• Small dogs up to 25 lbs: 1 chew daily
• Medium dogs 26 to 50 lbs: 2 chews daily
• Large dogs over 50 lbs: 3 chews daily

Dosage is based on body weight.

For Cats
Our soft chews are 1 gram each.
General daily guideline:
• 2 soft chews daily

Results vary depending on the specific product and your pet’s individual needs.

Many pet owners report noticing changes within 30 days of consistent daily use. However, products supporting joints, skin, coat, or immune function may require up to 3 to 4 months of continued use.

Our hemp seed oil is derived from hemp seeds, which naturally do not contain THC.

It is used as a source of essential fatty acids that support skin, coat, and overall wellness.
When you select Subscribe and Save, you can choose delivery intervals of 3, 4, 6, 8, or 12 weeks.

Orders are automatically processed according to your selected schedule.

You may manage, pause, skip, cancel or modify your subscription at any time through your customer account.
We offer a 30 day return policy starting from the date your order is delivered.

To request a return, email custserv@pawroyalty.com with:
• Product name
• Lot number
• Order number
• Reason for return

Go to your profile page, click Orders, and then select Manage Subscription. From there, click Show Upcoming Orders and locate the order you would like to skip. Select the order and click Skip. This will skip that specific delivery while keeping your subscription active for future shipments.
Go to your profile page, click Orders, and then select Manage Subscription. From there, you can choose to Pause or Cancel your subscription. If you pause, your subscription will stop temporarily and you can resume it anytime when you are ready. If you cancel, your subscription will be fully canceled and no future orders will be placed. If you want the product again, you will need to place a new order. The difference is that pause keeps your subscription active, while cancel ends the subscription completely.
